Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Description: It may look like a train but it's a rocking rolling roller coaster. This ride takes you through the 179 foot high red stone mountains and mining town. It's fast and fun.

Guests with any mobility concerns or queue-related assistance needs are recommended to use the FASTPASS option. Guests choosing not to use FASTPASS option should see a cast member at the entrance to the attraction for additional boarding options. A cast member will will direct how and where to board when you reach this point. If emergency evacuation from this attraction is necessary guests must walk short distances or wait to be evacuated by a cast member. 

For safety and comfort guests should be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this ride. Expectant mothers should not ride. There is a minimum height requirement of 40".

Fun Facts: Thunder Mountain Railroad is the only survivor aspect of what was going to be called Western River Expedition.
