The Bricks sold at Disney
World for the Walk Around
The
World are reasonably priced at $100.00 plus tax and the term lasts for 10 years
before you either pay again or the Brick is sold to a new purchaser. The Special
25th Anniversary Granite Bricks can be purchased for $225. These are
located at the Ticket & Transportation Center.
In order to find your brick
when you get to Disney World check in at the Brick Information Station
outside the Magic Kingdom. They will give you a map to find your Brick. The
bricks have a serial number such as W00-250 or E00-250. The letter determines
which path it is on, currently there are 3 different paths: (W)est, (E)ast,
and (C)ontemporary. The numbers attached to the letter give the general area on
the path. The last three digits (those after the hyphen) are just unique
numbers. The numbers are in a diagonally order. They are very easy to
find.
If you are interested in
purchasing a Brick contact Disney World and ask them for the form
for Walk Around The World. The number is 407-934-2990. After you send it
in Disney World will send you 2 certificates with the exact information
that you wrote on your Brick order form. The certificate is signed by Roy
Disney (Walt's brother and partner).
